Narrative:
Upon landing from dual training flight, my student was advised to 'taxi to taxiway B, contact ground.' he proceeded to taxi while monitoring ground. The tower ground controller pointed out the mistake, we stopped and then requested permission to taxi, which was granted. I was explaining some problems he had with the lesson at the time, which may have contributed to the radio call not being understood.
