Narrative:
After completion first officer GPS 18 at bec, PIC was high and left of course. He descended without difficulty, but was not able to arrest roll prior to ground contact with left wingtip. Missed approach was executed and normal landing made.

Narrative: AFTER COMPLETION FO GPS 18 AT BEC, PIC WAS HIGH AND L OF COURSE. HE DSNDED WITHOUT DIFFICULTY, BUT WAS NOT ABLE TO ARREST ROLL PRIOR TO GND CONTACT WITH L WINGTIP. MISSED APCH WAS EXECUTED AND NORMAL LNDG MADE.
