Narrative:
While trimming the l-hand engine fuel computer, noticed a hydraulic spray (mist) in the forward tailcone area. Found r-hand engine hydraulic return chaffed through r-hand engine supply line at the bend forward of r-hand engine fire bottle. Suspect lines were pushed together during a fire bottle change/inspection. Back-to-back adel clamps at this location would prevent this occurrence. This is an extremely unreachable area to the learjet due to the proximity to electrical/bleed air tubing and fuel with the possibility of fire.
