Narrative:
Flight X was cleared for takeoff, to keep company aircraft Y in sight. At 150 ft AGL aircraft rolled 25 degrees left then 10 degrees right due to wake turbulence from preceding departure. This event repeated itself 2 more times during our initial climb. This type of event seems to be occurring more often due to congestion at the airports and minimum separation of aircraft.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: B733 ENCOUNTERS WAKE TURB 3 TIMES ON DEP FROM PHX WHILE FOLLOWING ANOTHER B733 ALONG THE SAME RTE OF FLT.
Narrative: FLT X WAS CLRED FOR TKOF, TO KEEP COMPANY ACFT Y IN SIGHT. AT 150 FT AGL ACFT ROLLED 25 DEGS L THEN 10 DEGS R DUE TO WAKE TURB FROM PRECEDING DEP. THIS EVENT REPEATED ITSELF 2 MORE TIMES DURING OUR INITIAL CLB. THIS TYPE OF EVENT SEEMS TO BE OCCURRING MORE OFTEN DUE TO CONGESTION AT THE ARPTS AND MINIMUM SEPARATION OF ACFT.
