Narrative:
Because of construction and taxiway closures, we were cleared to taxi to gate via taxiway east, runway 31 and runway 10. We were told to cross runway 25R on taxiway D, looked to my left and saw a cessna (single engine) just lifting off. Stopped our aircraft with the nose just past the hold short line. Then ground instructed us to hold short. The cessna cleared us both vertically and horizontally by about 200 ft.
