Narrative:
When on approach to runway 9R we were told we were #1 and told to keep our speed up and that we were cleared for the visual. Approach failed to switch us to tower and we failed to catch it. After landing and holding short runway 12, approach relayed for tower that we were cleared to cross runway 12 and contact ground. On phoning tower after gate arrival, we were told they gave us a green light cleared to land and red stop after clearing the runway and there had not been a conflict.
