Narrative:
A female passenger had her dog on board in a travel kennel. The dog got loose several times during the full meal/beverage service and throughout the rest of the flight. The passenger was asked to keep her dog in the kennel, and she became verbally abusive to the extra crew member. I was not directly involved in the incident, so I do not have any further details.
