Narrative:
Leveling at 10000 ft, we missed our altitude by 400 ft. Captain was hand flying and I was programming new intercept instructions to join dxo 108 degree radial. Captain should have had the autoplt on as he was worried about flying into cumulus cloud build-ups and watching me program, when he should have been flying. I should have been watching him for the last 1000 ft of leveloff and blown off the controller until we were level. Too many priorities came together at the same time and the most important was missed.
