Narrative:
Aircraft experienced brake failure on landing and rolled off runway approximately 150 ft into the grass. No damage to airport facilities or lighting damage to landing gear only. 5 lndgs within 10 days by 3 different pilots had been made in this aircraft all experiencing momentary or total loss of braking functions at different exit speeds and for periods of time of at least 30 seconds to 1 min. Aircraft had been grounded on may/xa/01 and company maintenance had worked on aircraft on may/xc/01 did a low speed taxi test and returned aircraft to service.
