Narrative:
While en route from gcy to mqy I had a RPM loss on the right engine. After troubleshooting, shut down, and securing engine, I diverted to tys with the help of ZTL and knoxville approach. I landed without incident, off loaded passenger and obtained maintenance.

Title: AIR TAXI PLT OF A BEECH KING AIR 100, SHUT DOWN THE R ENG, DUE TO DROP IN RPM, DECLARED AN EMER AND DIVERT TO LAND.
Narrative: WHILE ENRTE FROM GCY TO MQY I HAD A RPM LOSS ON THE R ENG. AFTER TROUBLESHOOTING, SHUT DOWN, AND SECURING ENG, I DIVERTED TO TYS WITH THE HELP OF ZTL AND KNOXVILLE APCH. I LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT, OFF LOADED PAX AND OBTAINED MAINT.
