Narrative:
Aircraft turned over to 2ND shift with igniters and fire warning discrepancies. Mechanics finished igniter lead installation and removed moisture from fire detection leads. I reviewed all the paperwork and found no open discrepancies for leak checks. I reviewed logbook, signing the review block and then released the aircraft for service.
