Narrative:
Bonanza rolling out on runway 10 with cherokee following. Beechjet overhead and T38 on TACAN alfa approach. All aircraft were converging on the airport. The T38 was assigned an altitude overhead all other traffic and reported the BE40 in sight. The cherokee had not received a landing clearance. About this time all frequencys and landline communications were lost. The cherokee landed without clearance about 3000 ft behind the bonanza. The T38 went to departure without coordination with the radar controller. I had to use back-up radio communications to re-establish contact with all aircraft.
