Narrative:
During initial taxi out air carrier from dfw to tul, I called for taxi clearance onto ramp area. I received the clearance to proceed out of our pad. The captain gave the ramp personnel the signal that we were ready to be marshalled out of our pad. The ramp marshaller gave the captain hand signals with wands to move forward. I (first officer) was watching the right wing area. My area and right wingtip was clear of all obstructions. After moving about 5-10 ft, while under the guidance of the ramp marshaller, I heard a 'thump' and felt the airplane rock slightly. The captain said 'I think we hit something.' our airplane's left wingtip had struck another parked airplane's right wingtip. This airplane was parked next to us. The only damage that occurred was to the left wingtip of our airplane. The right wingtip of the other airplane was damaged also. The right side of my airplane was free from all obstructions and free from any damage.
