Narrative:
On the night of jun/mon/01, I was informed that I had signed off outdated paperwork. It was F-100 paperwork. From approximately apr/thu to jun/sun at this time, I am not sure of number of aircraft involved or how many incidents. I am going to work with management on keeping all paperwork that I receive up-to-date, so this will not happen again.
