Narrative:
After I was given clearance for taxi into position and cleared for takeoff, I touched my brakes before applying power and after applying power my aircraft would not move as my brakes had apparently locked (froze) and I notified tower at apf of my situation. I then tried to move off the runway onto the taxiway by applying differential power and my nosewheel went flat. I shut down the aircraft and notified the tower of my situation and was towed back off the field with a dolly under and nose and the brakes release by a mechanic. The aircraft was completing its annual inspection at the time.
