Narrative:
Precautionary landing due to a low fuel status on the center collector tank and inability to xfer fuel from a full-forward tank. The float-equipped dehavilland otter was returning from a scenic flight to misty fjords. Fuel not xferring via reference to fuel gauges. Contributing factor was an inoperative warning light. Discovered while in cruise flight and decision to make a precautionary landing. Corrective action was adding fuel to center tank to complete flight aircraft then taken to maintenance for repair.
