Narrative:
I was informed today jun/xa/01 at XA30 that I didn't make a non routine item as specified. I would like to report this event. The reverser was on placard due to #2 pneumatics being on placard and went out with thrust reverser on placard due to failure of work card.

Title: A B767-300 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH THE R ENG THRUST REVERSER PLACARDED INOP IN ERROR.
Narrative: I WAS INFORMED TODAY JUN/XA/01 AT XA30 THAT I DIDN'T MAKE A NON ROUTINE ITEM AS SPECIFIED. I WOULD LIKE TO RPT THIS EVENT. THE REVERSER WAS ON PLACARD DUE TO #2 PNEUMATICS BEING ON PLACARD AND WENT OUT WITH THRUST REVERSER ON PLACARD DUE TO FAILURE OF WORK CARD.
