Narrative:
I was taxiing for repositioning on the ramp down a row of closely spaced aircraft. Too much attention was paid for right wingtip clearance and I made contact with my left wingtip and the nose spinner of the other piper. In the future I will make all cockpit checks before taxiing and pay close attention to both left and right side clearance.
