Narrative:
Got vectored off SID to clear a parachute jumping area. Controller turned us in the direction of jump plane that was climbing. We received both TA and RA and climbed as instructed. When we finally got a visual on the other aircraft he was heading right at us and had to increase climb and aggressively turn away from him. The controller was passed about the situation.
