Climbing through FL200 on clearance to FL230, experienced rapid decompression at airstair door. Oxygen masks donned by flight crew, visual check of passenger to confirm same. Emergency declared and immediate descent to lower altitude (10000 ft) was requested. Emergency descent checklist accomplished and stable flight condition continuous to 10000 ft. Researched most suitable airport options. Normal landing. Handled very professionally by ZID and handoff to huntington approach control. No injuries.
