Narrative:
Passenger in main cabin boarded with a nose bleed. She was with a tour group and didn't speak english. The tour had been in nigeria and passenger was complaining of stomach pains and began vomiting blood. Aircraft made an emergency landing in cvg. Paramedics met the aircraft and passenger was removed and taken to hospital along with her husband and a tour guide. I was not directly involved other than to ask for a doctor on board and assist others.

Title: B757-200 CREW HAD A PAX MEDICAL EMER IN ZOB CLASS A AIRSPACE.
Narrative: PAX IN MAIN CABIN BOARDED WITH A NOSE BLEED. SHE WAS WITH A TOUR GROUP AND DIDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH. THE TOUR HAD BEEN IN NIGERIA AND PAX WAS COMPLAINING OF STOMACH PAINS AND BEGAN VOMITING BLOOD. ACFT MADE AN EMER LNDG IN CVG. PARAMEDICS MET THE ACFT AND PAX WAS REMOVED AND TAKEN TO HOSPITAL ALONG WITH HER HUSBAND AND A TOUR GUIDE. I WAS NOT DIRECTLY INVOLVED OTHER THAN TO ASK FOR A DOCTOR ON BOARD AND ASSIST OTHERS.
