Narrative:
Overhead the hbk NDB, accepted a new clearance from anc center: present direct laire direct to VOR direct fly planned routing. Passing laire continued in accordance with original flight plan routing laire-bka-ann-hanry-duggs-yzt-tou. We deviated from the revised clearance. Queried by vancouver center 42 NM northwest ann VOR. We then proceeded direct tou VOR. To the best of my knowledge, our clearance deviation caused no other conflicts. I estimate our ground track was some 22 NM east of what center wanted us to fly in the revised clearance. We flew for 18 mins before center queried us. PNF failed to completely enter new clearance into FMC. PF did not see the mistake. Debriefed amongst the crew.

Title: A B767 FO RPTED THAT HE AND THE CAPT DEVIATED FROM A REVISED CLRNC, CAUSING A TRACK DEV IN ZAN AIRSPACE.
Narrative: OVERHEAD THE HBK NDB, ACCEPTED A NEW CLRNC FROM ANC CTR: PRESENT DIRECT LAIRE DIRECT TO VOR DIRECT FLY PLANNED ROUTING. PASSING LAIRE CONTINUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORIGINAL FLT PLAN ROUTING LAIRE-BKA-ANN-HANRY-DUGGS-YZT-TOU. WE DEVIATED FROM THE REVISED CLRNC. QUERIED BY VANCOUVER CTR 42 NM NW ANN VOR. WE THEN PROCEEDED DIRECT TOU VOR. TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE, OUR CLRNC DEV CAUSED NO OTHER CONFLICTS. I ESTIMATE OUR GND TRACK WAS SOME 22 NM E OF WHAT CTR WANTED US TO FLY IN THE REVISED CLRNC. WE FLEW FOR 18 MINS BEFORE CTR QUERIED US. PNF FAILED TO COMPLETELY ENTER NEW CLRNC INTO FMC. PF DID NOT SEE THE MISTAKE. DEBRIEFED AMONGST THE CREW.
