Narrative:
Passenger had chest pains. He took nitroglycerin with no relief. Flight attendant #2 administered oxygen. I paged for a doctor to volunteer. 2 doctors and 1 nurse volunteered. At their suggestion, passenger was moved to first class for more comfort and room. Flight attendant #2 brought aed to doctors. She attached pads, doctor monitored and shocked once per aed. I kept cockpit informed with progress of passenger. Doctors also put passenger on iv from the enhanced medical kit. They also used blood pressure cuff and stethoscope to check. The captain declared medical emergency for immediate clearance to dfw where medical personnel met the flight and took passenger in a wheelchair.

Narrative: PAX HAD CHEST PAINS. HE TOOK NITROGLYCERIN WITH NO RELIEF. FLT ATTENDANT #2 ADMINISTERED OXYGEN. I PAGED FOR A DOCTOR TO VOLUNTEER. 2 DOCTORS AND 1 NURSE VOLUNTEERED.
