Narrative:
Deportee opened window exit on taxi out and jumped out. Slight panic followed as several passenger thought there was an evacuation. Returned to gate to close window exit, then departed for miami. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: an INS agent escorted the passenger onto the aircraft. He then handed paperwork to the FAA at the door and left. The passenger was to be met in mia by another INS agent, to be deported to return to jail. The passenger was assigned a seat. After boarding, the passenger went to the rear restroom. While there he completely changed his clothes. He remained in the rear restroom until the aircraft began push back from the gate. He then ran and opened the over wing exit, left the aircraft and jumped off the leading edge of the wing. At this point the other passenger thought the aircraft was being evacuated and began to do likewise. It was all the flight attendant's could do to keep the rest of the cabin from an evacuation. The flight attendant knows of other problems that have occurred with passenger being deported.

Title: B737-800 CREW HAD AN INVOLUNTARY BOARDED PAX OPEN THE OVER WING ESCAPE EXIT AND JUMP OFF THE WING OF THE ACFT.
Narrative: DEPORTEE OPENED WINDOW EXIT ON TAXI OUT AND JUMPED OUT. SLIGHT PANIC FOLLOWED AS SEVERAL PAX THOUGHT THERE WAS AN EVACUATION. RETURNED TO GATE TO CLOSE WINDOW EXIT, THEN DEPARTED FOR MIAMI. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: AN INS AGENT ESCORTED THE PAX ONTO THE ACFT. HE THEN HANDED PAPERWORK TO THE FAA AT THE DOOR AND LEFT. THE PAX WAS TO BE MET IN MIA BY ANOTHER INS AGENT, TO BE DEPORTED TO RETURN TO JAIL. THE PAX WAS ASSIGNED A SEAT. AFTER BOARDING, THE PAX WENT TO THE REAR RESTROOM. WHILE THERE HE COMPLETELY CHANGED HIS CLOTHES. HE REMAINED IN THE REAR RESTROOM UNTIL THE ACFT BEGAN PUSH BACK FROM THE GATE. HE THEN RAN AND OPENED THE OVER WING EXIT, LEFT THE ACFT AND JUMPED OFF THE LEADING EDGE OF THE WING. AT THIS POINT THE OTHER PAX THOUGHT THE ACFT WAS BEING EVACUATED AND BEGAN TO DO LIKEWISE. IT WAS ALL THE FA'S COULD DO TO KEEP THE REST OF THE CABIN FROM AN EVACUATION. THE FA KNOWS OF OTHER PROBS THAT HAVE OCCURRED WITH PAX BEING DEPORTED.
