Narrative:
Unstable approach. Duty day began at XA00 body clock and 8 hour flight time. Fatigue and just finished my crew break. We were given a runway change to runway 9R and that started us off high and fast. On the approach the captain was flying and we talked about a go around, but we continued to a full stop landing. We stabilized about 300 ft and landed in the touchdown zone. I feel the primary reason the approach was continued was the fatigue of the entire crew.
