Narrative:
Neglected to set 29.92 passing FL180. Center controller commented he did not show us at FL330 and to check altimeter. We did and altimeter was still set at 30.31. Not setting 29.92 caused the problem. Setting 29.92 and climbing to FL330 corrected it.

Title: A B767-200 CREW NEGLECTED TO RESET ALTIMETER PASSING FL180 DURING CLBOUT.
Narrative: NEGLECTED TO SET 29.92 PASSING FL180. CTR CTLR COMMENTED HE DID NOT SHOW US AT FL330 AND TO CHK ALTIMETER. WE DID AND ALTIMETER WAS STILL SET AT 30.31. NOT SETTING 29.92 CAUSED THE PROB. SETTING 29.92 AND CLBING TO FL330 CORRECTED IT.
