Narrative:
Inbound to thomson on arrival, it was necessary to deviate around cumulo nimbus clouds. ZDV said they'd send us over to approach early when we told them we couldn't make thomson after deviating. In the process of deviating, we got off the descent profile, and in trying to regain the profile, missed the leveloff near thomson by 350 ft. Corrected immediately back to FL190 and slowed to 250 KTS.
