Narrative: ATC GAVE CROSS 40 MI E OXI AT FL240. INADVERTENTLY MISSED XING RESTR. FLT ATTENDANT CAME FORWARD WITH NUMEROUS GATE CONNECTIONS RIGHT WHEN WE SHOULD HAVE STARTED DOWN.
