Narrative:

ZAU gave us a crossing restr of FL190 at vikng intersection. Just after that, a flight attendant entered the cockpit with a few questions. The first officer was flying and as we were both distraction with the flight attendant's questions, we neglected to start down in sufficient time and missed our crossing restr at vikng intersection by 2.5 mi. There were no conflicts with other aircraft and ATC was informed that we would not make the restr.

Narrative: ZAU GAVE US A XING RESTR OF FL190 AT VIKNG INTXN. JUST AFTER THAT, A FLT ATTENDANT ENTERED THE COCKPIT WITH A FEW QUESTIONS.
