Narrative:
The B737 was cleared to 6000 ft to avoid conflict with the PA32 at 6500 ft. The PA32 mode C was showing 6300 ft, but the altitude was confirmed. The B737 got an RA from TCASII and climbed through the altitude of the PA32.

Title: WITH ISSUED TFC BY BHM, B737 EXECUTES A TCASII CLB THAT CONFLICTS WITH VFR PA32.
Narrative: THE B737 WAS CLRED TO 6000 FT TO AVOID CONFLICT WITH THE PA32 AT 6500 FT. THE PA32 MODE C WAS SHOWING 6300 FT, BUT THE ALT WAS CONFIRMED. THE B737 GOT AN RA FROM TCASII AND CLBED THROUGH THE ALT OF THE PA32.
