Narrative:
As we approached leveloff altitude of FL310, we were given a turn to proceed direct djb VOR. We were then instructed to turn further left just as we reached FL310. I (PF) hit the leveloff on the autoplt at the same time initiating a turn. The aircraft ballooned through FL310 by approximately 200 ft before stabilizing at FL310. Factors contributing to this incident were being given 2 different heading changes while at the same time reaching leveloff altitude. There was no traffic conflict and ATC made no mention of the event.
