Narrative:

Climbing out and en route to atl lost hydraulic flaps, brakes, nosewheel steering and gear extension was lost due to the hydraulic failure. Ran checklist, notified company and ATC. Continued to atl, declared emergency and was given runway 26L but we requested runway 27R and got it. Made no flap landing. Tower let a DC9 take off just prior to our landing, we flew through his wake on short final, was probably not the best thing for our situation. Upon touchdown we lost brakes and steering. Captain got plane clear of runway 27R and we were towed into the gate safely. Other than short final problem with wake turbulence from DC9 no other problems noted. Everything was handled well by company, ATC, and crew.
