Narrative:
We cleared runway 35R after landing and taxied onto taxiway P6 then taxiway P. As we got onto taxiway P, the taxiway centerline lights (green) went out. Tower told us they had just activated smgcs and we weren't on an smgcs taxiway. They turned them back on for us. On the page, it shows taxiway P between taxiway P6 and taxiway P7 as part of the smgcs taxi area. Either the page needs updating or the airport needs to fix the lights. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter has not received company feedback about the taxiway lighting procedure. Supplemental information: controller specialist advised that if visibility drops below 600 ft, comes back above, then goes back below 600 ft 'in a relatively brief period of time,' the smgcs may not reinitiate during 'quick' WX transitions. The controller was aware of an airport/FAA meeting soon. There was to be discussions as to which txwys to include or delete from the smgcs project.
