Narrative:
Doing pattern work on runway 16L at pae with student pilot just turned downwind at approximately 1500 ft. Tower advised that traffic was passing runway 34R eastbound. In the next moment, the twin passed underneath us by 50-100 ft. Reported the near midair collision to the tower via radio and via telephone on ground.

Title: NMAC BTWN A C150 TURNING DOWNWIND AFTER TKOF AND A LIGHT TWIN XING 75 FT DIRECTLY BELOW THE C150. BOTH ACFT WERE UNDER TWR CTL AND TWR HAD GIVEN C150 TA OF THE TWIN.
Narrative: DOING PATTERN WORK ON RWY 16L AT PAE WITH STUDENT PLT JUST TURNED DOWNWIND AT APPROX 1500 FT. TWR ADVISED THAT TFC WAS PASSING RWY 34R EBOUND. IN THE NEXT MOMENT, THE TWIN PASSED UNDERNEATH US BY 50-100 FT. RPTED THE NMAC TO THE TWR VIA RADIO AND VIA TELEPHONE ON GND.
