Narrative:
One of the problems that a fast growing company has, as opposed to when we were smaller, is the fact of being paired with many different crew members, even multiple crew members, in a single day. Even with SOP's, it's a great help, but getting used to each others habits and slants on things can be difficult. Not knowing someone one min and the next, off you are flying together can at times be a challenge. Although safety is not compromised, things run smoother when you have a chance to get to know the other person a little better. Not really sure how this can be fixed. Years ago, we were paired with the same person for a few months at a time, but we just can't do that anymore. Continued emphasis on CRM is important.
