Narrative:

Immediately after landing on runway 22, I was told to expedite a left turn onto taxiway east. As I started the left turn I realized an air carrier Y MD80 was head-on with me on taxiway east and turning right on taxiway B. I couldn't clear the runway. I looked over my left shoulder and air carrier Z was taking off on runway 22 but my tail was still on the runway. I told tower I wasn't clear of the runway and tower immediately told air carrier Z to abort and air carrier west, on final, to go around. I cleared the runway and heard ground tell the air carrier Y MD80 he was supposed to taxi on taxiway a, not taxiway east and taxiway B, which conflicted with our aircraft.
