Narrative:

I was purser on the flight involved. I had no problem with the passenger (first class) in question, but she did get up twice during meal service and made her way to the main cabin, upsetting the service in business class and main cabin. She disregarded the seat belt sign. Personally, with a bit more tact and an awareness of cultural differences, this report could have been avoided. I would anticipate no further problems with passenger.
