Cleared into position to hold on runway 26R. Noted an aircraft on approximately 3 to 5 mi final. Could not tell which runway he was lined up on. Moved onto runway and noted he was lined up for runway 26R. Was ready to take evasive action by continuing on taxiway west between runway 26R and runway 26L. Controller issued go around clearance to landing aircraft before movement necessary.
