Narrative:
During the cabin preflight, the flight attendants informed the captain that the floor track lighting and aft emergency lights were inoperative. The captain chose to ignore the flight attendants and told the customer service representatives to board the aircraft and we would have them fixed in ZZZ. These items are no go items, but he insisted on going. He did not request my input nor acknowledge my input when given.
