Narrative:
I flew a flight with aft cargo net on MEL placard. After arriving at the hotel we were informed that bags were loaded in the aft compartment against the MEL. The aircraft flew just fine with no problems. I guess we should have checked that no bags were being loaded aft.

Title: AN ACR OPERATES A TRIP IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH AN MEL REQUIRING NO BAGGAGE BE PLACED IN A COMPARTMENT.
Narrative: I FLEW A FLT WITH AFT CARGO NET ON MEL PLACARD. AFTER ARRIVING AT THE HOTEL WE WERE INFORMED THAT BAGS WERE LOADED IN THE AFT COMPARTMENT AGAINST THE MEL. THE ACFT FLEW JUST FINE WITH NO PROBS. I GUESS WE SHOULD HAVE CHKED THAT NO BAGS WERE BEING LOADED AFT.
