Narrative:
While descending into lwa to land on a visual approach, we received a TA on our TCASII. We climbed up a bit and completed the approach and landing. The captain and I noted that we had come within 200 ft of a target below us. I am curious to know if cwa has ATC problems.

Title: A BE1900 FO POSES THE POSSIBILITY OF AN ATC PROB AFTER EXPERIENCING A POTENTIAL CONFLICT ON UNRPTED TFC IN CLASS D AIRSPACE OF CWA, WI.
Narrative: WHILE DSNDING INTO LWA TO LAND ON A VISUAL APCH, WE RECEIVED A TA ON OUR TCASII. WE CLBED UP A BIT AND COMPLETED THE APCH AND LNDG. THE CAPT AND I NOTED THAT WE HAD COME WITHIN 200 FT OF A TARGET BELOW US. I AM CURIOUS TO KNOW IF CWA HAS ATC PROBS.
