Narrative:
After landing on the runway, brakes were applied. The left (pilot side) tire became deflated (flat) while in motion down the runway. After the tire lost more air, the airplane veered left off of the runway. A runway marker light was broken after being hit by the right main flap (passenger side) of the airplane. The plane continued to travel in a left direction off the runway. When the plane stopped left of the runway, all 3 wheels were in the grass.
