Narrative:
First class passenger mr X assigned to seat xy slept on the floor of seats zy. He was told courteously to return to his seat, which he did, but not without using vulgar language in the presence of crew and passengers. Captain was informed of his behavior. Minutes later, mr X entered the first class lavatory, smelled the cigarette smoke, and informed the first flight attendant. The first flight attendant informed the captain, who authorized the issuance of the misconduct form. The FAA needs to specify that vulgar language towards cabin crew is a far violation. Mr X is now suing the company. He should not be allowed to fly on any aircraft.
