Narrative:

On the night of sep/thu/01, myself and my captain were scheduled for an aircraft swap in phl. We called in range and were told to switch to aircraft at another gate. We did this, checked our paperwork and flew to bgm. Tonight, sep/tue/01, I was informed that we were not supposed to fly that particular aircraft. Apparently dispatch did not update the system in a timely manner and the captain and I checked all fuel and weight requirements on the paperwork but missed the tail number.
