Narrative:

We contacted approach control on 125.5 and were cleared for a visual approach, runway 1. Then handed off to tower we thought we called tower on 118.3 but might have been on 121.5. As we were monitoring it the whole flight, we discovered the transmit switch was on 121.5 after we taxied off the runway. Don't know for sure if the clearance to land was for us or some other plane. Was not in normal practice to monitor 2 frequencys at once.
