About 1 hour out captain made a PA that we would be returning to dfw because our WX radar was malfunctioning. Went back to dfw and changed airplanes.

Title: FLT CREW ANNOUNCED TO THE CABIN THAT THEY WERE RETURNING TO DFW BECAUSE THE ACFT WX RADAR WAS OTS.
