Narrative:

While in cruise flight at FL350 we started losing cabin pressure. An emergency descent was initiated by the captain. ATC was notified immediately of the problem and we were given vectors to apa. However, while in the turn we began to notice smoke in the cabin, possibly due to the selection of the emergency pressurization system. After the smoke was noticed we asked for the nearest suitable airport from ATC which was 7v1 and we received vectors for that airport. During the descent we were given a traffic alert via our TCASII system in the aircraft. A turn to the south was initiated and the conflict was resolved. While descending through FL160 ATC radio contact was lost and we relayed our intentions via an air carrier flight. When on the ground at 7v1 a call was made to flight service to close our IFR flight plan and relay the message to ZDV that we appreciated their assistance.

Title: A BE400A CPR FLT LOSES CABIN PRESSURE WITH AN APPEARANCE OF SMOKE IN CABIN AND IS DIVERTED BY ATC TO 7V1, CO.

Narrative: WHILE IN CRUISE FLT AT FL350 WE STARTED LOSING CABIN PRESSURE. AN EMER DSCNT WAS INITIATED BY THE CAPT. ATC WAS NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY OF THE PROB AND WE WERE GIVEN VECTORS TO APA. HOWEVER, WHILE IN THE TURN WE BEGAN TO NOTICE SMOKE IN THE CABIN, POSSIBLY DUE TO THE SELECTION OF THE EMER PRESSURIZATION SYS. AFTER THE SMOKE WAS NOTICED WE ASKED FOR THE NEAREST SUITABLE ARPT FROM ATC WHICH WAS 7V1 AND WE RECEIVED VECTORS FOR THAT ARPT. DURING THE DSCNT WE WERE GIVEN A TFC ALERT VIA OUR TCASII SYS IN THE ACFT. A TURN TO THE S WAS INITIATED AND THE CONFLICT WAS RESOLVED. WHILE DSNDING THROUGH FL160 ATC RADIO CONTACT WAS LOST AND WE RELAYED OUR INTENTIONS VIA AN ACR FLT. WHEN ON THE GND AT 7V1 A CALL WAS MADE TO FLT SVC TO CLOSE OUR IFR FLT PLAN AND RELAY THE MESSAGE TO ZDV THAT WE APPRECIATED THEIR ASSISTANCE.
