Narrative:

We were on a training flight for the first officer to get takeoff landing current. Departing concord, ca (kccr) to my home base of san jose, ca (ksjc) VFR. Departed runway 32R and was planning a right downwind departure. We were taking off 30 seconds behind a falcon jet and were advised he would be making a right turn to the VOR then eastbound from there. We had a plan east on 1-2 mi final and we were in position on runway. We then requested a left downwind departure as we could keep the downwind in close. On our left downwind departure, we contacted tower for frequency change to bay approach and requested VFR to san jose. We were southeast (heading 140 degrees) climbing to 3000 ft, 1/2 mi west of concord. We made contact leaving 2200 ft and were told to standby for transponder code. We then received a TCASII TA. With traffic at 11:30 to 12 O'clock, we could see 2 other aircraft on TCASII at 10 and 11 O'clock. We were forced to make a right turn at least 20 degrees and were given a transponder code. We confirmed with radar contact and were told by bay approach to fly direct to reid hillview airport for the downwind to sjc. We were asked by san jose ground control to call bay approach on phone. They advised we were in class B when they cleared us to reid hillview. Per our chart we were just outside of class B, (enhanced class B).
