Narrative:

Center advised us they showed us off course. We compared routing and discovered we had a different route than ATC had. No known conflicts. When receiving clearance from jfk clearance over radio, captain was interrupted by airline security officer, and only overheard first officer readback, which appeared to be correct.

Title: A B737 FLT CREW WAS FLYING A DIFFERENT RTE THAN ARTCC THOUGHT THEY SHOULD BE FLYING.

Narrative: CTR ADVISED US THEY SHOWED US OFF COURSE. WE COMPARED ROUTING AND DISCOVERED WE HAD A DIFFERENT RTE THAN ATC HAD. NO KNOWN CONFLICTS. WHEN RECEIVING CLRNC FROM JFK CLRNC OVER RADIO, CAPT WAS INTERRUPTED BY AIRLINE SECURITY OFFICER, AND ONLY OVERHEARD FO READBACK, WHICH APPEARED TO BE CORRECT.
