Narrative:

We were cleared for the ILS approach to runway 32 at pittsburgh and instructed to contact the tower at triny inbound. Approximately at triny we could see rain showers at the airport and began running into gusty wind conditions. The captain started briefing windshear and go around procedures as we were not aware of the deteriorating WX until that point. I also began keeping a close eye on a dornier turboprop commuter aircraft making an approach to runway 28R because he would have been a conflict in the event of a go around. I did the landing checklist but neglected to switch to the tower until after landing. There were no other conflicts and the tower operator had us switch to ground control.
